My Lego Robotics pieces are so freaking expensive. I just wanted some simple pneumatic pumps and they were too much. I wish it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Every once in a while your school might ask you for suggestions of stuff to buy for the classroom/department. Then you have to wait until everyone forgets that it belongs to the school before you take it with you to your next job. Funny thing is, every time I've gotten to "spend" money for the classroom I end up leaving the school before the materials arrive. It's definitely a process.
