Still no beanie

So, today we got no mail at all. Not even from Comcast or Dish Network, both of whom are usually trying to convince us to switch from one to the other (this is unlikely, as I have yet to even plug the antenna into the tv and see what channels this town has).

I feel neglected and forgotten.

I called the teaching program office and got transferred to someone's voicemail. I haven't got a call back.

Also, no one has said that they're coming to my birthday party. Is everyone busy that weekend, or just apathetic (or secretly hates me)?

gah, I meant to comment about the party but I forgotted!

Mikey is apparently in charge of some other idiot's party that day (they're using the video equipment that is in the complex's clubhouse, and he has to be there to use it for them so that they don't break).

And as you might have noticed, my soul is ownz0red for the next week and some days. >_<;;

Thus, alas: No party for us. :\

Also, I did not vote in the poll because you did not offer a "they must have filed me into the 'ignore because people are funny when they're upset!' pile" option.

Aww...who needs finals anyway. You can always take them next year! I have liquor that tastes like Red Hots! This is clearly much more important.

Yes, unlike many others, you have been consistently on-message in your showing-up-intentions. I appreciate the additional confirmation and so forth, however. It's mostly that you, me and clipdude aren't so much a "party" as a trio, so in that case I was going to suggest a restaurant instead. However, it appears there will be at least one or two additional guests, so party it is.
