Another poll. But with a difference!
Dec. 9th, 2004 11:03 pmToday, in between dropping off and picking up my grammy at her Yahtzee game, I had time to go out to my dad's house and rescue some of my belongings. Among other things, I grabbed the rest of my unsent cards from last year. I wasn't sure I was going to do cards this year, since I didn't really feel like buying any more, but I seem to have plenty lying around. So, who wants extra mail?
[Poll #400757]
For anyone wishing to reciprocate, the best address to send stuff to for me is my dad's house, since I don't want to make mom deal with any extra mail right now and I plan to move over there as soon as grammy is well enough that I can leave anyway. (If you can't see that entry and want to send me cards, comment and I'll add you to the filter.)
In other news, I am a bad non-commenting munky. This is why I almost never comment on anyone's entries, and why I often to don't reply to comments in my journal. I'm not good at this "conversation" thing. If you're on my friends list, I read your entries. Barring email or lj problems, I read my comments. I just chicken out before hitting "send" at least half of the time, especially with those of you who I don't know in person.
Hopefully, I'll be able to get to anime club this weekend. Grammy was well enough to be left alone for a few hours today, but she was pretty worn out by the end of the day and she has two appointments tomorrow. We'll have to wait and see. I am so bad at taking care of people. I never know how much to encourage her to try to do things herself as opposed to encourage her to take it easy and let me do things.
