Hmmm....interesting data point: it took me exactly 6 minutes, starting at 2118, to make this call, according to my cell phone. I'm curious whether LJ decides post time by beginning or ending of recording, but there isn't really any way to know (well, without reading the source code, which I am too lazy to do). It would seem to be by ending, however, since I took the time to listen to my message all the way through once, so it should have been done recording before 2118+6-2=2122. Of course, there is no way to know if my cell phone and the LJ servers are synchronized in any way, so I would suppose that this doesn't matter.
