I got up to get a drink of water and noticed a spider on my ceiling. I can hope with spiders in general, but not in my bedroom and NOT ON MY CEILING. I always worry that they'll drop down on me. Anyway, I tried to kill it, missed, and it fell on floor. I tried to find it again but it wasn't a very big spider and I think it scurried under my bed, which is very large and has a lot of books stored under it, so I was unable to find it again. So there is a spider loose in my room, I'm all worked up, and I really need to get back to sleep.

Sometimes, I wish I had a room just for sleeping, with nothing in it but a bed and an alarm clock. Then, spiders would not be able to hide, and I could get some sleep. Plus, it would be nice to have one room that was not always overflowing with all of my stuff.

I don't mind spiders myself, but in camp they got all in my sleeping bag (because it was too warm to zip it shut) and bit my stomach. That was plain annoying.

I hate spiders. I had a big one in my bathroom the other day and it got away. It was huge too.

Usually spiders don't bother me, even if they're on me... they're not that hard to get off.

But when they get near or under my bed is when they must be located and dispatched immediately. Oh yes, oh yes.
