I will be in Portland this weekend. Who wants stupid?

I need some fun in my life. I will find it somehow. I keep thinking it lives in Portland.

Does going to Brainwaves improv sound fun to anyone but me?

Perhaps I should, you know, call people. But that involves the telephone, and I'm bad with that.

Additionally, today has been a stupid long day. I think I'm going to bed.

I've got plans Saturday evening, but I'm totally free Friday night and all day Sunday.

Is Brainwaves improv sort of like a comedy sports thing? If so, I'm all over it. ^_^

Yeah, it's similar. It's just one group and no competing, and they allow themselves to make dirty jokes as the mood strikes them, though. I'll call you later today (I get done with school around 1230 or 1300) and see if you want to go tonight, since it's only on Friday and Saturday nights (Ali and are are planning to go Saturday night, but I don't mind going twice, and by "don't mind", I mean "glad to have the excuse to"). It's $10 with reservations and a coupon I have, or $12 at the door, so I'll have to see if we could still get reservations this late because I'm a total cheapskate about things like that when I can be, and because they've sold out before so if we can't get reservations we'll have to get there early and get in line to see if we can get tickets. It's at the Lucky Lab pub in Multnomah, and it starts at 2000 (8 pm). That pub serves pizza and craft beers, but it's up to you whether you'd rather try to eat there (where it will be crowded and have slow service) or eat someplace else first and just grab a beer or soda there (or nothing at all, but they do have pretty good beer).

I would also be game for some variety of hanging-out on Sunday. I have Monday off, so I should be in Portland all day Sunday rather than having to drive back to Eugene at some point that day. I know of no clever Sunday events, but I'm sure an adventure can be found.
