if by the saturday of thanksgiving weekend, you mean wednesday the 23rd, then i'm in!
this sounds like an awesome idea, and i'd even make pie! but i'm not going to be in portland or eugene on a weekend ever again, it would seem. (thanks, work!). except new years. i've already started begging for new years off.
