Shopping and laundry
Sep. 22nd, 2004 12:37 pmToday, I shall buy jeans, do my laundry, and find some sheet music for Over the Sea to Skye. The fact that it is nearly 1300 and I am still on the internet and in my nightgown in no way is a flaw in this plan. Really.
I almost immediately seem to revert to this kind of schedule when I have no job. I am so lame.
I will probably drive down to Eugene tomorrow, and if not then I will on Friday. At that point there will be a gap in my internetting until I can establish some sort of land-line phone service and possibly high-speed internet. My cell phone number is not changing, so that's probably the best way to reach me if there's a time-sensitive element.

Still not out of the house
Sep. 22nd, 2004 01:55 pmI have, however, now gotten dressed and eaten something. Progress is being made. I just don't want to subject myself to the joys of knowing exactly what I want to buy and having to fight with the universe to locate and purchase it.
Also, LiveJournal, why must you constantly change interfaces for things? Some of us are total sticks-in-the-mud, and don't want to have to parse new interfaces simply because we feel like whining to the internet about how lazy we are. Thank you.
